Julia believes being a jack of all trades is a good thing.

 

Originally from Toronto, she studied Communications and Urban Sustainability at Ryerson University before completing a Master's degree in Environmental Policy.

With a diverse background in design, writing, photography and video production, she is always looking for new ways to leverage her creative skills while learning something new.

Despite living in a landlocked city her whole life, her experiences as a scuba diver have fuelled her passion for marine conservation and policy. When she’s not underwater looking at coral, Julia loves paddleboarding, snowboarding, and exploring all the amazing, diverse natural environments Canada has to offer.​​
